Porky's Hare Hunt is a 1938 American animated comedy short film directed by Ben Hardaway. The short was released on April 30, 1938. It is the 101st film in the Looney Tunes series, the 39th cartoon to feature Porky Pig and the first cartoon to star a character that would later be named Bugs Bunny.
